Using technology to enhance the quality of our service
In order to ensure that our service is professional, efficient and of the highest
possible quality, Future Home Care have invested in state of the art technology
systems.
Our support packages and support workers delivering support are all
monitored using the Webroster System. By using the Internet Webroster system
users of our service, their carers and professionals are able to access details
of their support package including the dates and times of when support is being
delivered and which of our staff will be delivering this support.
At the push of a button we are able to monitor the quality of the support being
offered including checking that support tasks have been completed and that
support workers have delivered support at the agreed times and dates.
