Are your services registered with the Care Quality Commission?

Yes. All of our services are registered with CQC - currently all of our servies are rated as Good or Excellent. Copies of our latest inspection reports can be found on: http://www.cqc.org.uk
 
Are you able to support individuals to access housing?

Yes. Future Home Care does not provide housing or tenancies for individuals but we have supported over 100 individuals to access quality affordable housing. We have achieved this by working closely with our housing and property partners Future Health & Social Care and Future Property Solutions. Please see the housing section of our website for more information.
 
Have Future Home Care had experience of Tupe transferring staff?

Yes. Future Home Care has tupe transferred many staff into our company. When being awarded contracts by local authorities we are often required to tupe transfer employees from organisations who previously delivered the service. Over the past 3 years, Future Home Care has tupe transferred over 100 NHS and Local Authority staff into our employment and a number of staff from other voluntary and private organisations. Future Home Care will continue to positively tupe transfer staff in the future as new contracts are awarded.

 
Does Future Home Care operate a Government Actuary Department (GAD) Certified pension scheme for relevant staff to access when tupe transferring from public sector services?

Yes. Future Home Care operated a GAD Certified pension scheme which has been positively accessed by those staff who have tupe transferred from public sector organisations. Our scheme also recognises Mental Health Officer (MHO) status when staff are transferring from the NHS.
