Rachel has progressed quickly from joining us as Support Worker to currently holding the position of Regional Manager for Solihull and East Birmingham. Her experience of growing up with a family member with learning difficulties helped her when she started out.
At times the work may be challenging, but it is always rewarding. Staff have the support of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues who have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care to adults with learning disabilities.
