Welcome
Growing from an established award winning charity with over 10 years experience of delivering support to vulnerable people Future Home Care was formerly established on 1st April 2004 in order to specifically support learning disabled adults to live with a high degree of independence in the home of their own choosing.
Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCi) as a Domiciliary Care Agency it is our aim to support people to live independent lifestyles in the community of their choice and to access affordable quality housing that they are able to call home.
Over the past 4 years we have successfully supported approximately 100 people with differing needs to access a tailor made package of care and support with us.
Many of these people were supported to move to their own home for the first time; moving from hospital settings, secure accommodation, temporary housing, residential care homes, residential schools and colleges and/or the parental home.
Our continued growth has helped us to support a growing number of people within the Midlands including Birmingham, Coventry and Sandwell. We continue to develop and enhance the diversity and variety of our services in order to offer learning disabled people in the South East an opportunity to access our unique service.
